Justin A. Tarantino

Mr. Tarantino is an experienced attorney with a focus in Estate Planning and Elder Law which encompasses Wills, Trusts, Asset Protection, Medicaid, Medicare, V.A Benefits and Business Succession Planning.  He has represented clients in a variety of Estate and Trust litigation matters, such as will contests, contested fiduciary accounting and abuse of fiduciary powers.  Before joining Melvin and Melvin, Justin worked exclusively as an Estate planning and Elder Law attorney for a boutique law firm.  Justin also has experience in the areas of Personal injury, Medical Malpractice, Contracts, Fire Arm Law, Privacy Law, Cyber Law and Real Property Law.
