Ms. Harte is the most recent addition to Melvin & Melvin PLLC and has experience primarily in the areas of general civil and commercial litigation, employment law, estate planning, and personal injury law. She has been practicing in New York State since 2016 and previously practiced in New Jersey as well, where she served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Bergen County Superior Court, Family Division. Ms. Harte was a court appointed guardian ad litem in the New Jersey Surrogate’s Court and was also a mediator in the Civil Division. Ms. Harte has handled federal trials for asylum claim appeals, in addition to other immigration matters.
As part of the Melvin & Melvin Trusts and Estates department, she helps plan and administer estates, performs related business, tax, and real estate services, and litigates estate matters, while maintaining diligence and attention to detail in her other areas of practice.
