Holly Salop Wallace

Ms. Wallace, a partner in the firm, has extensive experience in representing local and national institutional lenders in residential mortgage financing. Specializing in real estate law, she also maintains an active real estate practice, representing clients selling and purchasing residential and commercial real property. Her real estate career also includes representation of institutional lenders in mortgage foreclosures throughout New York State, including related workouts, evictions, REO sales, and creditor’s bankruptcy relief.

Ms. Wallace has lectured for the New York State Bar Association at its mortgage foreclosure seminars, as well as at programs for first time homebuyers, lenders, and realtors.
