Mr. Fox has been a member of the firm since 1974, having joined in 1968. He specializes in commercial real estate law, and has represented banks, developers, insurance companies, and owners of shopping centers and office buildings. He has closed thousands of commercial mortgage loans, many in the tens of millions of dollars, and one in excess of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00). He has negotiated several hundred shopping center and office building leases, many involving national tenants.
Mr. Fox also has an extensive foreclosure practice and has handled numerous foreclosures and commercial workouts for various lenders.
